Shipping and Delivery Policy 

At poetrique.com, we take pride in delivering your order with care, reliability, and attention to detail. Every product is thoughtfully packed to ensure that your purchase reaches you safely and in perfect condition. 

1. Shipping coverage 

We currently ship across India from our central warehouse. 

International shipping will be introduced soon, and we will share updates as we expand. 

2. Shipping timelines 

Order Processing: All confirmed orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. 

Transit Time:
Metro cities: 2 to 4 business days 
Non metro locations: 4 to 7 business days 

For made to order or pre order items, delivery timelines may vary. Estimated timelines will be mentioned clearly on the product page. 

 

3. Shipping charges 

We are pleased to offer FREE shipping across India on all orders.

There are no shipping charges for deliveries within India. Your final payable amount will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Order tracking 

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email and SMS or WhatsApp. 

You can also track your order at any time using the Track Order section in the website footer using your AWB/Tracking Number.

5. Delivery guidelines 

Deliveries are attempted at the shipping address provided by you during checkout, usually during regular working hours. 

If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier partner will reattempt delivery as per their policy. 

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate. 

Poetrique is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information. 

6. Packaging and safety 

Every Poetrique order is carefully packed in our branded collapsible box and placed inside a waterproof, protective mailer. 

We also use tamper proof outer packaging to ensure added security during transit. 

7. Delivery exceptions

Orders may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural events, strikes, or courier related disruptions. In such cases, we will keep you informed proactively. 

If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please do not accept the delivery. Contact us immediately at hello@poetrique.com, and our team will assist you.
