Q. What does Poetrique mean?

A. Poetrique comes from two words, 'poetry' and 'unique'. It reflects our belief that every woman is writing her own story, in her own rhythm and in her own way. Poetrique celebrates individuality, expression, and quiet strength. Just like poetry, no two stories are ever the same.

Q. Who is Poetrique designed for? 

A. Poetrique is designed for modern women who value comfort, quality, and intention in what they wear. Our pieces are made to move with you through real-life, everyday moments and evolving journeys. You can read more about us on our About Us page.

Q. What is the name of the parent company?

A. Poetrique is a brand under Aspire Athletic Wear LLC.

Q. Where is Poetrique headquartered?

A. Our India office is based in Bangalore. Poetrique is a 100 per cent subsidiary of Aspire Athletic Wear LLC, which is registered in New Jersey in the United States. We operate with a global mindset and strong roots in India.

Q. Where are Poetrique garments manufactured?

A. Our journey begins at the fabric level. From sourcing and innovation to testing and stitching, our operations span across India, Sri Lanka, and China. We partner with ethical mills and manufacturing units, many of which employ a large women-based workforce. Quality, fairness, and care are always non-negotiable for us.

Q. Why are Poetrique products priced the way they are?

A. Our pricing reflects the thought, care, and quality behind every piece. We invest in high-quality fabrics, rigorous testing, responsible manufacturing, and limited production runs. Each garment is designed to last, feel good on the body, and support everyday life.

Q. Is Poetrique an Indian company?

A. Poetrique operates from India and is a 100 per cent subsidiary of Aspire Athletic Wear LLC, registered in the United States. Our design, operations, and India office are based in Bangalore, and India plays a central role in how we build and grow the brand.

Q. How big is the Poetrique team?

A. We are a passionate team of around 15 people. Small, focused, and deeply hands-on. Staying small helps us remain thoughtful, agile, and closely connected to what we create.

Q. Who is the founder of the company? 

A. Poetrique is a 100 per cent subsidiary of Aspire Athletic Wear LLC, founded in the United States and chaired by Ms Priti Patel. Her vision brings together performance, purpose, and thoughtful design.

Sizing and Fit

Q. What sizes do you offer?

A. We offer sizes from S to XL. Some styles are also available in XXL.

Q. I am between sizes. What should I choose?

A. If you prefer a relaxed fit, we suggest sizing up. If you like a closer fit, you may size down. If you are unsure, we are always happy to help you choose.

Q. Do you customise sizes or lengths?

A. Not at the moment. Our current collections follow standard sizing, but we are always listening and may explore more flexible options in the future.

Orders and Shipping 

Q. Where do you ship to?

A. We currently ship across India from our central warehouse. International shipping will be introduced soon, and we will share updates as we expand.

Q. How long will my order take to reach me?

A. Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery timelines are usually:
Metro cities: 2 to 4 business days
Non-metro locations: 4 to 7 business days

Q. Can I get my order sooner? 

A. While we are unable to guarantee faster deliveries, we always do our best to process and ship orders at the earliest possible time.

Q. What are the shipping charges? 

A. A standard shipping fee of ₹149 applies to all orders and is clearly shown at checkout.

Q. How can I track my order? 

A. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email and SMS or WhatsApp. You can also track your order through the Track My Order section in the website footer using your Order ID. No login is required.

Q. What if I miss a delivery attempt? 

A. Our courier partner will reattempt delivery as per their policy. We recommend ensuring your address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays.

Q. What if my package arrives damaged or tampered with? 

A. If you notice any damage or tampering, please do not accept the package. Reach out to us immediately at hello@poetrique.com and we will help you resolve it quickly.

Q. Can deliveries be delayed? 

A. Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or courier disruptions. If this happens, we will keep you informed.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds 

Q. What is your return and exchange policy? 

A. If something does not feel right, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all tags intact and placed back in the original zip-lock poly bag. All returns go through a quality check. 

Q. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

A. We are really sorry if that happens. Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery and share a clear unboxing video along with images showing the issue. Requests shared after 48 hours cannot be processed.

Q. Can I exchange my order? 

A. Yes. One size or colour exchange is allowed per order, subject to availability.

Q. Are there items that cannot be returned or refunded? 

A. Items purchased during clearance or EOSS sales and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund. This helps us manage limited inventory responsibly.

Q. How and when will I receive my refund?

A. Once the returned product passes quality check, refunds are initiated within 2 to 3 business days and usually reflect in your account within 7 to 10 business days. 

Q. I faced an issue with my garment within a month. What should I do? 

A. We are truly sorry this happened. Please email hello@poetrique.com with clear images or a short video highlighting the issue. Our quality team will review it carefully and help resolve the matter. If needed, our team may reach out to you directly. 

Payments 

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept prepaid payments via credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and RuPay, UPI options such as Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, net banking, mobile wallets like Paytm and Amazon Pay, and Poetrique gift cards or discount codes.

Q. Do you offer Cash on Delivery? 

A. At the moment, Cash on Delivery is not available. We currently accept prepaid payments to ensure smoother processing and faster deliveries.

Q. Are online payments safe? 

A. Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify integrated with the Razorpay payment gateway. Transactions are encrypted and PCI DSS compliant. Poetrique never stores your card or payment details.

Q. My payment failed, but money was deducted. What should I do? 

A. In most cases, the amount is automatically refunded by your bank within 5 to 7 working days.

Q. Do you have gift cards or a loyalty program? 

A. Not just yet. We are thoughtfully working on both and look forward to introducing them soon.

Account and Login 

Q. Do I need an account to shop? 

A. Yes. Creating an account helps make checkout easier and allows you to request returns or exchanges smoothly.

You can still track your order without logging in by using the Track My Order section in the website footer with your Order ID.

Q. I did not receive the OTP or login email. What should I do?

A. Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still do not see it, reach out to us and we will help you right away.

Q. I signed up but cannot log in. What should I do?

A. Try using the Forgot Password option on the login page. If the issue continues, our support team will assist you. 

Fabric and Care 

Q. Where can I find fabric details for a product? 

A. Fabric details are available on each product page. For a deeper look into our materials and innovation, you can also explore the Q Labs section on our website. 

Q. How should I care for my Poetrique garments?

A. Care instructions are shared on each product page and on the wash care label inside the garment to help your pieces last longer. 

Community and CSR 

Q. How does Poetrique give back to the community?

A. Giving back is an important part of who we are. We partner with the Niswarth Children’s Foundation to support self-defence training for young girls. In Bavla, Gujarat, over 3,000 girls across 38 government schools have already been trained. And this journey has only just begun.
