We currently accept prepaid payment methods only. You can choose from the following options at checkout: 

• Credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and RuPay.
• UPI options such as Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and others.
• Net banking across all major banks.
• Mobile wallets including Paytm and Amazon Pay.
• Gift cards and discount codes issued directly by Poetrique. 

Your payment safety is extremely important to us. 

• All online payments are processed securely through Shopify, integrated with the Razorpay payment gateway.
• Transactions are encrypted and compliant with PCI DSS security standards.
• Poetrique does not store or have access to your complete card or payment details at any point.

At present, Cash on Delivery is not available on any orders or PIN codes across India. All purchases must be completed using prepaid payment methods available at checkout. 

An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment authorization from your bank or payment provider. 

In case of a payment failure, the order will not be processed. If the amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, it is usually auto-refunded by your bank within 5 to 7 working days. 

Prepaid Orders: Refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 2 to 3 business days after the returned product passes a quality check at our warehouse. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may be reflected in your account within 7 to 10 business days. 

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of returns.

Gift Cards and Discount Codes: Gift cards and discount codes are non-refundable. 

All prices listed on poetrique.com are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. 

Any applicable shipping or handling charges are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed. 

To protect against fraud, certain high value or unusual transactions may require additional verification, such as address or identity confirmation. 

Poetrique reserves the right to cancel or refund any order suspected of fraudulent activity. 

If your payment is declined or fails, please try again using a different payment method or contact your bank or payment provider.
